1. Information and estimates contained in OwnerFAQ, Ltd. valuation reports are obtained from you, a source considered reliable; however, OwnerFAQ, Ltd. has not independently verified such information and no liability for such sources is assumed by OwnerFAQ, Ltd.
2. All facts and data set forth in various reports are true and accurate to the best of the OwnerFAQ, Ltd.’s knowledge and belief. We will not knowingly withhold or omit anything from our reports affecting value estimates.
3. Possession of this report, or a copy thereof, does not carry with it the right of publication of all or part of it, nor may it be used for any purpose without the previous consent of OwnerFAQ, Ltd., and in any event only with proper authorization. Copies without the “Powered by OwnerFAQ, Ltd.” logo should be considered to be incomplete.

7. The various estimates of value presented in OwnerFAQ, Ltd. reports apply to this valuation only and may not be used out of the context presented herein. Any other use of this report may lead the user to an incorrect conclusion for which OwnerFAQ, Ltd. assumes no responsibility.
